The restaurant is now in its third generation and, from June 2009, I took over the running of the restaurant after having worked side by side with my parents for more than 12 years.
The generational change was a slow one; this allowed our dear clients to get to know me and, for me, to mature by having the opportunity to acquire their trust slowly, a familiarity and a professionalism that has been taught to me since I first picked up a plate.
2010 began with some new changes: starting the month of March, we will be open only in the evenings, giving our clients the chance to appreciate our culinary creations with extended hours.
